In 2020, Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers, LLC announced their alignment with DeSimone Consulting Engineers. Desimone, founded in 1969 in New York City, is an international firm that provides structural engineering, façade consulting, construction consulting and forensic services.
JZ Interior Design was asked to relocate and design Henderson Rogers/Desimone’s new Houston office, located in the Tanglewood neighborhood. The overall design included a 6,800 SF open office with glass office and conference room fronts, open and collaborative workstations, and a welcoming reception area / break room. Furniture selections and specifications were carefully considered to meet the client’s working and collaboration needs as well as budget and schedule. JZID was also asked to manage the project with the selected contractor, Byrd Interior Construction, to deliver the project on time and within budget.
