The El Campo Service Center provides a logistic hub for field teams to provide customer service in the El Campo region.
The new service center consist of a 2,100 sf conditioned pre-engineered metal building located on the south central portion of the 3.2 acre site and includes with offices and open work area, meeting room, break room, IT room, laundry room and ventilated/heated warehouse as well as a 600 sf outdoor work area covered by a canopy extension from the main building.
An additional pre-engineered metal building; 1,150 sf, provide dry storage for materials and equipment and it located on the western edge of the property.
A large area on the northern portion of the property is occupied by storm water detention as well as gravel outdoor storage area for large scale equipment.
