Legacy currently provides adult primary care, pediatrics, dental care, vision services, behavioral health services, OB/GYN and maternity care, vaccinations and immunizations, health promotion and community outreach, wellness and nutrition and comprehensive HIV/AIDS care.
Legacy Community Health has multiple locations across the city of Houston and surrounding areas. Legacy LNI is a first-time generation 5,800 SF clinic located inside the Avenue Center at the heart of Northside Irvington on the second floor. The clinic includes OBGYN/Maternity, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics and Vaccinations & Immunizations. A contemporary design with Legacy’s branding colors and bold patterns supports the company’s culture and services.
